About the event
HCMF’s 2026 season launches with an opening night featuring a powerhouse ensemble led by HCMF Artistic Director Stefan Jackiw, including internationally acclaimed pianist Inon Barnatan, charismatic cellist Nicholas Canellakis, New York Philharmonic Principal Violist Cynthia Phelps, and virtuoso clarinetist Yoonah Kim. Together, they perform masterworks by Dohnányi, Brahms, and Dvořák. Proceeds from the evening support Henry Miyamura’s Legacy Project, honoring a beloved champion of Hawaiʻi’s musical community.
