We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and descriptions of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any items, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.

4. Local Pick Up, Shipping, And Delivery Details
After purchase we will reach out to confirm pick up details for our local store pick up in Honolulu, Hawaii. If you prefer to have shipping, delivery and set up, please detail that information when we contact you about pick up.

We will provide a personalized shipping or delivery quote after the purchase of a digital or acoustic piano. Larger instruments may require professional delivery service to ensure safe handling.
• In-store or curbside pickup: Always available at no additional charge.
• Local professional delivery: Available for a separate fee.
• In-home delivery & assembly: Available for an additional fee.
• Outer island or mainland shipping: May be available by special arrangement; costs vary.

Local Pick Up & Delivery Requirements
The cardholder is designated as the person authorized to pick up or receive the order. You will need a valid photo ID to receive your order.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the method of pick up, shipping or delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you have not received any contact from our sales team.

5. Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Final once merchandise is received in good condition from the store.

To initiate a return, contact us at Info@pianoplanethawaii.com. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
